Inside Out Bakery products are natural, organic wherever possible, and free of as many allergens as possible. All of our standard products are free of gluten, dairy, peanut, tree nut, refined sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and msg. Options include paleo, vegan, diabetic friendly, seed-free, soy-free. We are focused on using ingredients with high nutritional value, minimizing fillers and texturizers. We are reinventing traditional North American foods and creating new food indulgences that support healthy lifestyle choices, in an effort to prevent leading causes of ill health.
Our standards for taste, texture, and cross-contamination prevention are high, so our products will satisfy the cravings of those with and without dietary restrictions as they enjoy them aside those with restrictions. In providing options for platters and corporate catering we aim to ensure that social segregation is minimized, because we truly believe that we all deserve to enjoy the best things in life, together.
In our effort to provide nutrient-rich foods for people with food sensitivities we do use less common food allergens in our standardized recipes. These include: eggs*, avocados, soy oils (very limited use), coconut products, pumpkin seeds*, sunflower seeds*, sesame*. Only trace amounts of soy lecithin and corn starch are in our products. If you have severe sensitivities or allergies to these products we urge you to special-order all of your food. We have dedicated equipment and procedures to fulfill orders for products that are free of all indicated allergens, and we are happy to assist you in this way.
*Segregated storage space and special procedures are in place for all products containing pumpkin, sunflower, and sesame seeds. A separate mixer is dedicated to all egg free batters and mixes.
